How should I search for NutraWorld on the web?
For search engines such as Google, Yahoo, or Mozilla, simply type in the word nutraworld, nutra world, nutra-world, or nutra-world.com , into the search field and our website will appear. Click on the link result to be directed to our site. You may also type the URL address www.nutra-world.com into your browser to load up our site.
Can I get to NutraWorld from other sites?
Yes. NutraWorld makes affiliations with other websites through RSS Feeds and Link Exchanges to share relevant content about the topic of natural medicine and healthy living. If you come across our link on another site, click on it to be directed to NutraWorld.
ACCOUNTS
I want to create a new account with NutraWorld. What’s the process?
To create a new account, click on the MY ACCOUNT option found on the very top of our home page or any page throughout our site. You will be directed to our LOGIN page where you can then click CREATE AN ACCOUNT to set up your new account with our easy to follow instructions.
I forgot what my password is. How do I retrieve it?
Click on the MY ACCOUNT option at the very top of the home page. Scroll down to the "Forgot Your Password?" section and follow instructions to receive a new password via email. You will be required to enter the email you used during the time of registration in order to retrieve a new password. For further questions please contact customerservice@nutra-world.com.
I forgot what my email is. How do I access my account?
For your protection, if you have forgotten your email, please contact customerservice@nutra-world.com or call us direct to receive a reminder of your registered email address. You will be asked a series of personal or transactional questions in order for us to verify that you are true owner of the account before we send your registered email address to you.
How do I change my account information including mailing address, email, and credit card info?
To change any part of your account information, click on the MY ACCOUNT option located at the very top of our home page. Log in using your registered email address and password. Once logged into your account, you may change your account information including mailing/billing address, credit card, email address, or password.

How do I know my credit card information is kept secure?
NutraWorld uses a credit card encrypted technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect you during purchase transactions against unauthorized hackers who wish to intercept your personal information. Learn more about how we protect your interest at Privacy Policy.
I prefer not to use my credit card online. What are other options to purchase NutraWorld products?
If you do not wish to shop online, you may order by phone, fax, or mail. To order by phone, call our customer service representative at 888-583-2220 to place your order. By fax, simply fill out our Order Form with the items you wish to purchase and fax to 714-829-3307. By mail, send your completed order form to:

ORDERS
How soon is my order processed and shipped?
If your order was placed and payment authorization cleared before 1pm Pacific Standard Time, it will be processed immediately for delivery the same day, if all items are in stock.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?
It is important that you review, make the appropriate changes, and are happy with the items in your shopping cart before you submit your order for purchase. Our goal is to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible in order to keep our next day delivery promise to you. Due to the speed of our fulfillment, we are unable to change orders once they have been submitted.
Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
It is important that you review, make the appropriate changes, and are happy with the items in your shopping cart before you submit your order for purchase. Our goal is to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible in order to keep our next day delivery promise to you. Due to the speed of our fulfillment, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please check your confirmation invoice that was emailed to you after your purchase. The confirmation invoice will contain carrier information and a tracking number.

How will I know if my backorder has arrived or delivered?
You will be notified by email once your backorder is in stock. You will have the option to purchase that item and it will be shipped to you via the shipping method of your choice.
I think I am missing an item from my order. What should I do?
Double check your invoice to make sure you have actually ordered the item in question. Then check to see if that item was placed on backorder. There may also be multiple tracking numbers for your order. Be sure to cross reference your shipping information. You may also contact customerservice@nutra-world.com to discuss your missing item. A representative will gladly help you resolve the issue.
What should I do if I received the wrong item in my order?
Our sincerest apologies if the wrong product, quantity, or brand was delivered to you. We handle hundreds of orders each day and try our best to achieve 100% accuracy with all orders. Simply contact customerservice@nutra-world.com or call us directly to resolve the matter. Provide us with your name, order number, the item that was not correct, and what item you should have received. We will cross reference our records and arrange for the wrong product to be returned to us, while shipping the correct product to you promptly.
I have received damaged items. What should I do?
At our facility, we take great pride in the handling and processing of your order. However, sometimes items may be damaged in transit or by other extraneous circumstances outside of our control. We understand your frustration and will promptly take measures to replace your damaged item. Please contact customerservice@nutra-world.com or call us directly with the product name, item number, and order number of the damaged item. We will immediately ship you a new one.
I really like the nutraceutical regimen I am on. How can I order it automatically each month?
We are currently developing an automated system that will conveniently allow you to structure how you receive your nutraceutical regimen periodically. If you would like to stay abreast of our progress, please contact customerservice@nutra-world.com to be notified once our automated feature is up and running.
How do I retrieve my order history?
To retrieve your order history, log into your account using your email and password. Once you are in, you may select the order history option to peruse through your recent transactions.
How will I know if there is a problem with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, our customer service representative will immediately contact you via email with a description with the problem. You may elect to continue correspondence via email or contact us directly to discuss the issues.
What forms of payment does NutraWorld accept?
We accept major credit card payments including VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. If you may also submit payments in the form of money order or check if you have ordered via mail.
Am I responsible for State Taxes with my purchase?
If you are a State of California resident, you are responsible for applicable taxes with your purchase.
Can I purchase your products from outside the United States?
Yes. NutraWorld is a global online retailer. If you have access to the internet and our carriers are able to deliver your shipment to you; you will be able to make your purchase through our website. International shipping, taxes, customs, and other applicable fees are enforceable by your country.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
When do you ship my order?
If your order is submitted and payment authorization is cleared before 1pm Pacific Standard Time, it will be shipped the same day; provided all items are in stock. Orders received after 1pm will be processed for shipment the following business day.
Which shipping carriers does NutraWorld use?
Your packages will be shipped with the following reliable carriers:
UPS, USPS, UPS Mail Innovations and FedEx.
Are any of my products refrigerated during delivery?
All of our nutraceuticals are stored in controlled temperatures in our warehouse to ensure proper shelf life. However, we do not refrigerate any products during shipment.
Where does NutraWorld ship from?
We fulfill and ship all packages from our Midway City, California facility.
I still have not received my package within the time frame promised. What should I do?
The carriers we work with are reliable and punctual. If your order has not arrived at the time promised, please double check to make sure your shipping address is correct on the invoice. The carrier may also have attempted delivery when you were away and it is important to cross reference by contacting them directly. Depending on your zipcode, some locations will take a little longer for the carrier to reach than their average delivery time. Under extraneous circumstances the effects of weather and traffic may cause a delay in shipment. Please follow up with your carrier directly via the tracking number issued to you on your invoice to get an update on your delivery status.
How do I receive free shipping?
When your purchase total adds up to $50USD or more, prior to applicable taxes, we will waive your shipping cost at checkout.
Can I ship to a different address from the one I have registered?
Yes. To ship to a different address, simply enter that address into the SHIPPING INFORMATION field during checkout.
Can I ship to a different recipient?
Yes. If you would like to gift your purchase to another recipient, simply enter their name and shipping address into the SHIPPING INFORMATION field during checkout.

How soon will I get a response to my email inquiry?
Customer service representatives are on hand to read, evaluate and resolve your inquiries. We are committed to responding within 24hrs of your inquiry. For more complex issues, it may take us longer to research a resolution and get back to you.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
We are confident that our product line delivers efficacy and the proper nutrients to address your health concerns. Every product is backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, if you do not feel the benefits of the product you purchased or for any other reason, simply return the unopened items for a full refund, less applicable shipping fees. You will receive store credit for opened items and our product experts will assist you in finding the right product for your health needs. You may mail the unopened return product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges of your return items are non-refundable. When returning items via mail, please package those items with care. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must also physically receive the return items within the 30 day period from your purchase date. If any return items are received after the 30 day period from purchase date, NutraWorld reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject the return. Please contact customer service for more inquiries.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your unopened return product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, we will process your refund. Check with your financial institution to see whether they have placed the funds back into your account. If you have further questions, contact customerservice@nutra-world.com.
How soon will I receive merchandise credit for my opened package return?
Once we have received your opened package return within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, we process your merchandise credit and send you an email notifying you of your credit. Your credit will also appear in your account. Once you have received credit for your return, you are free to make purchases equal to the amount of that credit within forty five (45) days or the credit will be void.

Does NutraWorld show ingredients for each nutraceutical?
Yes. For each nutraceutical product we feature on our site, you will be able to review its Supplement Facts, Serving, Ingredients, Compounds, Warnings, Indications, and other pertinent information related to the formulation of the product.
How do I get more information about a specific nutraceutical?
Each nutraceutical has a thorough product description next to it. You may also contact the manufacturer directly for more information.
Where are your products manufactured?
NutraWorld’s products are sourced throughout the globe. For inquiries about a specific manufacturer, feel free to contact them directly.
Are the items you carry pharmaceutical grade?
NutraWorld carries a tremendous variety of nutraceuticals. Not all of them are pharmaceutical grade. Please read the description of the product to see if the product is pharmaceutical grade. You may also contact the manufacturer to directly to find out.
