SHOPPING @ NUTRAWORLD
With new products added daily to our vast inventory of nutraceuticals, we have designed a proprietary user-friendly interface to help you peruse our products with ease. Making purchases has never been easier or more secure with NutraWorld. Here are several ways we have made your shopping experience more enjoyable:
Product Search
To search our entire store for a particular product, simply type in the product name, brand, or item number, product description, or ingredient; into the search menu on the upper right hand corner of our front page at Nutra-World.com. For your convenience, you may also find the search menu in the same location on any page you are currently at on our site. Once you have typed the information you are looking for, your results will propagate for review.
Browse
Another easy way to navigate through our products is to search through our categories located on the main tool bar and along the left side of our site. You may Shop by Health Concerns, Shop by Products, or Shop by Brands. Each primary category will have drop down menus of today’s primary health concerns and once clicked, will lead you to the appropriate products to address those concerns.
Featured Products
Throughout the site, we have placed featured products that are either most popular among our customers or have been highly rated in effectiveness. When you see a featured product, simply click on the ad to be led to that product and other related products that may be helpful in your search.
Contact Us
If for any reason, you would like us to personally take your order, please email orders@nutra-world.com to place that order. Please provide us with the product names, brand, or item numbers in your email for a prompt transaction. You may also call us direct to place your orders during business hours.
Note: Once your order is placed and payment authorization is cleared, we immediately process your order for shipping to keep your wait at a minimum. In doing so, the items that have been processed for delivery may not be changed, cancelled, or shipped to a different address.

Selecting your nutraceuticals and all natural medicines are only a click away. Follow the simple instructions below to properly place or make changes to your selection once you have found them:
Add to Shopping Cart
Once you have found your item(s) of interest, simply click on the “ADD TO CART” button featured next to each item, to place them into your shopping cart. You may add as many items in your cart as you desire.
Changes to Items
If you decide that you do not want an item that you have placed into your shopping cart, click on the TRASH BIN ICON to remove that item from your shopping cart. Once removed, your shopping cart will automatically update with the appropriate remaining items in your cart. You will have the option to CONTINUE SHOPPING to add more items to your cart or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to process your order.
CHECKING OUT & BILLING
NutraWorld’s shopping cart is designed remove the frustration out making purchases. Shop with ease and a good sense of security as you check out your cart. There are six customized, guided and straightforward steps that walk you through check out:
Check Out Method
You have the option to check out as a GUEST or a REGISTERED USER. Registered Users have the convenience of faster checkout, account history, and order status.
Billing Information
You will be prompted to enter your Billing Information in which your payment is processed.
Shipping Information
If you are shipping to an address that is different from the one associated with your Billing Information, you will be prompted to enter a different address.
Shipping Method
NutraWorld offers FREE shipping if your order is over $50USD prior to applicable taxes. Click the FREE SHIPPING button if this option applies to you in order for us to waive your shipping fees. Otherwise, select the shipping method you desire. For best shipping rates, select Standard Shipping Method. For other shipping upgrade options, simply select the delivery methods that best suits your needs. Your shipping total will appear on the Order View section of check out. Payment Information
You will be prompted to enter your payment information in the appropriate fields. NutraWorld accepts payments through your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL.
Order Review
A full account of your items purchased, shipping cost, and applicable taxes will be calculated for your review. You may click the EDIT button to make any last minute changes to your order. If you are satisfied with your selection, you may click the PLACE ORDER button ONCE to submit your order. A confirmation of your will be emailed to you. Please keep record of your confirmation. The products you ordered to you will be shipped to you in a timely manner according to the shipment method you have selected during checkout.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Purchase with confidence at Nutra-World.com. NutraWorld uses a credit card encrypted technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect you during purchase transactions against unauthorized hackers who wish to intercept your personal information. ORDER TRACKING
Once you have placed your order and payment authorization is cleared, you will receive a confirmation via email detailing your invoice and shipping information. A tracking number will be assigned to you in that invoice by the carrier you have selected. You will be able to track your package by entering your tracking number into the carrier’s tracking system via their company website.
STATE TAXES
The State of California residents are subject to a sales tax on all products.
Free Shipping
NutraWorld offers FREE shipping for orders of $50USD or more prior to applicable sales taxes. During checkout, your shipping costs will be automatically waived once our system detects your order of $50USD or more. You will only be responsible for payment of your items and any applicable state taxes.
Standard Shipping Method
If your order is less than $50USD, at checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method for the item(s) in your shopping cart. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method you wish to select. The total shipping charges of your items will be automatically calculated during checkout once you have selected your shipping option. The total shipping charges will be added to the cost of your items plus any applicable state taxes.
Shipping Upgrades
NutraWorld offers the option to conveniently upgrade your delivery method. You may select from Ground, Third Day, Second Day or Overnight Service. Your order must be received and payment authorization cleared by 12pm (noon) Pacific Standard Time or your order will not be processed for upgrade delivery until the following business day.
All standard (non-upgraded) shipping orders must be received and payment authorization cleared by 1pm Pacific Standard Time to be processed and shipped the same day, provided those items are in stock. Orders received after 1pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed and delivered the following business day. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.
Business days are Monday – Friday, within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and federal holidays.
Special Order Items
If NutraWorld does not carry a specific nutraceutical that you need, simply contact our customer service representatives and they will help you find it, order it, and ship it to you. When making a special order that we do not carry in stock, please be patient as additional time is required for the processing and shipping of those items. Special orders will be shipped via our standard shipping option with a delivery time within 7-14 business days.

International Shipping
NutraWorld offers a 7-10 day delivery time on all international orders. International orders will ship via UPS. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on total weight of all items and final destination of delivery location. Pricing does not include duties, insurance, and other taxes assessed by recipient country. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipients, who will be billed by the local customs office.
NutraWorld strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – RETURN POLICY
Every product is backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, if you do not feel the benefits of the product you purchased or for any other reason, simply return the unopened items for a full refund, less applicable shipping fees. You will receive store credit for opened items.

Shipping and handling charges of your return items are non-refundable. When returning items via mail, please package those items with care. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must also physically receive the return items within the 30 day period from your purchase date. If any return items are received after the 30 day period from purchase date, NutraWorld reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject the return.
